FIELD: mechanical engineering; heavy duty crane tracks. SUBSTANCE: device has members installed symmetrically relative to rail and connected to each other through rail web by means of studs. Members have hook-shaped sections straddling the upper belt of crane beam from side and horizontally orientated sections steplessly connected with hook-shaped sections. Each member is made solid of wear-resistant steel and has vertically orientated section upsetting rail head from side and smoothly connected with horizontally orientated section adjoining rail foot and upper belt of crane beam at top. Hook-shaped sections upset upper belt of crane beam, thus forming rail side heads. EFFECT: simplified restoration of serviceability of worn-out rails, increased service life of rails, wheel, and beams. 1 dwg
