FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: rail fastening flexible connects crane rail with crane girder, an upper belt of which oval hole is made. Fastening consists of outer and inner (central) clamps made by bending of strip. Outer surface of inner clamp follows inner surface of outer clamp. Outer clamp has left-hand and right-hand legs connected through central part with lower pointed section fitted into hole in upper belt of crane girder. Left-hand leg rests by its end section on upper belt of girder. Right-hand section straddles the edge of rail foot by its end section and presses rail to girder. Inner (central) symmetrical closed clamp expands outer clamp from inside, thus preloading the fastening. Sections of outer and inner clamps following the shape of each other get one into the other fixing inner clamp in outer one and fixing fastening in girder, and press girder to rail. EFFECT: increased service life of fastening, reduced labour input in mounting. 1 dwg
