FIELD: structures made of ice. SUBSTANCE: this ice platform is intended for operation in arctic water areas. Within limits of platform, inclined sides of its base above water surface level are made transient into dome-shaped upper deck. Below water surface level, its sides are made transient into planes becoming asymptotic to bottom of water area. Aforesaid configuration of ice platform sides prevents concentration of large mass of ice on upper deck of supporting base. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
