FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves connecting separate current- conducting media in into open electric circuits and excitation of produced electric circuits by electric field, orientation of produced open electric circuit at angle with respect to each other, generation of open electric circuits which orientation is close to orientation of driving electric field, and reading of signal from open electric circuits which are oriented at angle with respect to driven open electric circuits. Separate current-conducting media are produced for controlled accumulation of electric charge. In addition method involves measuring electric capacitance and inductance of each produced separate current-conducting circuits and matching characteristic frequency of electric oscillations of produced cross open electric circuit to frequency of driving electric field by alternation of capacitance and inductance values.
