FIELD: food industry for preparing food product from external dough coating and various isolated fillers. SUBSTANCE: dough coating is constantly extruded with simultaneous introduction in it at least two isolated fillers. The coating is directly extruded in hot fat or butter from the lower part of roasting apparatus. The product is moved in its upper part with the help of guides. Fillers may be introduced in dough coating with simultaneous periodic interruption for forming zones without filler in cross section. Then the product is cut batchwise in these places.
