SUBSTANCE: method involves inspecting, cleaning, washing, wetting raw garlic, souring in pickle, separating from poured pickle; repeatedly pouring pickle and adding apple vinegar; pasteurizing and rolling in cans; holding and opening cans; separating garlic from liquid phase; repeatedly inspecting; packing in bags of laminated polymeric material; pouring with pickle; pasteurizing and packing in group bags made from combined material containing foil layer. Obtained product is good for common people as well as for those used to live under self-contained conditions. EFFECT: simplified method and improved quality of product.
