FIELD: technology of producing fruit-and-berry desserts. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of prepared apple and black currant puree, bee honey, common salt, almond, extract of Eleutherococcus, lipid-containing extract of biomass of microorganisms Mortierella elongata, semolina and water. Prepared mixture is subjected to homogenization, sublimation drying, grinding and packaging in vacuum. The dessert may be used under autonomous conditions of existence. EFFECT: more balanced composition of main nutrient substances.
