FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing polyethylene catheter of 1 mm diameter through puncture needle into lymphatic node. Exudate is sucked as much as possible with syringe. Light guide is introduced into the catheter. Laser beam treatment is directed immediately on lymphatic node tissues. Radiation power at the light guide outlet is equal to 200- 250 mW. Exposure time is 5 to 12 min. Treatment course is 1-5 sessions long daily. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; prevented suppuration of lymphatic nodes.
