SUBSTANCE: composition contains the following, mas.%: marble, 53-55; fluorspar, 15-17; ferrosilicon, 7-10; silicomanganese, 6-9; quartz sand, 8-9; talc, 3.0-3.5; soda ash, 1.0-1.2; plasticizer, 1.3-2.0. EFFECT: improved characteristics of elongation and impact strength of welded metal, reduced threshold of its cold brittleness and reduced cost price of electrodes. 2 tbl
