FIELD: welding technique. SUBSTANCE: coating ensures increase of relative elongation of metal of weld and enhances stability of parameters of its impact strength at negative temperatures. Coating contains the following components, mas. % : marble, 33 to 36; fluorite, 18 to 20; rutile, 2.5 to 3.5; iron powder, 29 to 31; silicomanganese; 5.5 to 9.0; ferrosilicon, 0.5 to 3.0; potash, 1.0 to 1.5 and cellulose, 1.5 to 2.0. To reduce tendency of coating to foaming containing silicomanganese in manufacture of electrodes potassium-sodium or sodium-potassium, clod is introduced in composition in amount of 1.5 to 2.0% . Alloy containing Si - 25 and Mn - 60% is used as silicomanganese. EFFECT: increased relative elongation of metal of weld and enhanced stability of parameters of its impact strength at negative temperatures. 2 tbl
