SUBSTANCE: device uses a conveyor in the form of a pair of rollers for displacement of the wattle in the form of a continuous mat of longitudinal components in the form of continuous bands and lateral components. The device is furnished with a feed mechanism of lateral components comprising vertical connecting rods with eyes, magazine for lateral components with a feeder consisting of a hydraulic cylinder and feed rollers located from one side of the conveyor at the level of the working surface. To provide for complete and precise movement of the lateral components between the separated longitudinal components, the connecting rods are furnished with horizontal L-shaped guides.
