FIELD: rail track design. SUBSTANCE: fastening device has rail supporting unit with support hook unit for location above upper surface of rail foot and anticreeper which interacts with it. Anticreeper hook unit is located above upper surface of rail foot. Part of rail supporting unit has curved supporting surface of rail support, and part of anticreeper has curved supporting surface of anticreeper located aside of curved supporting surface of rail support when anticreeper and rail supporting unit are in assembled position. Curved supporting surface of anticreeper is located for possible rocking or rolling over curved supporting surface of rail support. Anticreeper can be made in the form of strip positioned between strips which create rail supporting unit or in the form of strip having two teeth. Located between these teeth is strip of rail supporting unit. Application of aforesaid embodiment of fastening device enhances reliability of rail-to-sleeper connection.
