FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has bread dough bin, two movable devices positioned at opposite sides of bin and rotating in opposite directions to define bread dough passage. Lower clearance of passage is more narrow than upper clearance. One of movable devices has at least one roll or belt conveyor and other movable device has at least one belt conveyor. Roll is mounted for rotation about its axis of rotation for drawing bread dough downward. Belt conveyor is mounted so that its working surface is movable from top to bottom to draw bread dough downward. Movable devices are arranged in opposed relation in horizontal plane. Both or any of movable devices are mounted for reciprocation in horizontal plane to reduce or increase space between them. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 8 cl, 3 dwg
