FIELD: aviation; manufacture of covers for pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: cover has honeycomb structure to change direction of escape of fluid medium from pipe with inclined cells and triangular skeleton member for imparting rigidity to the structure. Skeleton member includes honeycomb filler; third wall of skeleton member forms peripheral wall of honeycomb structure. In manufacturing the cover, triangular honeycomb filler is placed on at least one layer of flying vehicle skin and triangular skeleton member which is placed over periphery of honeycomb structure. Honeycomb filler consists of cells. Setting material is placed between this filler and honeycomb structure for forming peripheral wall of structure after hardening. Then at least one layer of composite material of skin is placed on honeycomb filler, thus completing assembly of cover blank; blank is hardened. Cover is used together with pipe line laid in side transport facility such as flying vehicle and used for change of direction of fluid medium running inside it. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 26 cl, 13 dwg
