Abstract RU 2126401 C1

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes benzimidazole derivatives of formula I: wherein R1- is C1-3 alkyl; R2 is 5-6 or 7-membered alkyleneimino group in which one methylene group is leneimino group in which one methylene group is substituted by sulfonyl group substituted in position I by alkyl benzimidazole-2- -yl or 4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzimidazol-2-yl, imidazo (1,2- a)pyridin-2-yl, 3-chloro-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroimidazo (1,2- a) pyrazin-2-yl; R3 is alkyl, C3-5 cycloalkyl or alkoxy; R4 is tatrazolyl substituted in position 1 or 2 by Ra-CO-O-CH2; Rb-CO-O-(RcCH)-OCO-R2O-CO- and RbO-CO-O(RcCH)-O-CO,; Ra Rb are C1-6-alkyl, C5-7-cycloalkyl; Rc is hydrogen or methyl, tautomers or salts thereof. Compounds I widen range of benzimidazole derivatives having antagonistic angiotensine II effect. EFFECT: improved properties of the drug. 3 cl, 26 ex
