FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: geared motor has circulator motor whose drive shaft is coupled with drive gear to transfer rotary motion from this shaft to output gear by means of idler gear which is in mesh with driving gear and with output one; first and second antifriction bearing units mounted on drive shaft either side of circulator motor; motor end plate placed about circulator motor and functioning to hold first bearing unit in position; reduction-unit end plate placed about drive, output, and idler gears; first fan shroud on top part of reduction-unit end plate and second fan shroud on top part of motor end plate. Top part of reduction-unit end plate is cooled down with forced flow produced by its fan and with part of that produced by motor end plate fan; its bottom part is naturally cooled. EFFECT: improved cooling conditions of motor. 3 cl, 2 dwg
