FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using superficial flexor tendons of the fourth and fifth finger flexor tendons that are dissected from their distal attachment place and in the area of tendino-muscular transition. One or both tendons are mobilized all over the whole distance between those points together with epitendineum and together with ulnar vascular beam in the area of lower half of forearm to the middle part of carpal canal retaining available connections of the tendons and blood vessels. After shifting the ulnar vascular beam outwards, tendon graft is used for substituting lost tendon defect. EFFECT: restoration of active flexor function in cases of irreversible destruction of tendon sheath.
