FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking graft from utility finger having common digital artery and the proper digital artery with commissural veins to proximal osteotomy of the taken joint. Vascular limb of the mobilized graft is separated up to the palmar digital artery, ligated and transected at a position being proximal relative to bifurcation. Digital artery with concomitant veins is selected on neighboring safe finger at the level of the arterial arc entrance on the plantar surface between periosteum of phalanges and deep wall of the tendon sheath. Feeding limb rotation point is at the level of proximal half of the main phalanx of the adjacent finger creating retrograde blood circulation. So, vascular limb length enables proximal interphanalangeal or metacarpophalangeal utility articulation to be movable into the metacarpophalangeal articulation position over one finger except the thumb. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; full scale restoration of movements in substituted joint. 2 cl, 4 dwg
