SUBSTANCE: stabilized an aqueous solution has sorbic acid or its salt taken in the amount providing antibacterial effect and a stabilizing agent - a solution of bivalent manganese ion in the amount from 0.1 to 5 mass parts per a million of solution that is sufficient to inhibit sorbic acid or its salt oxidation to acetaldehyde. Stabilized solution exhibits good solubility in a composition and safety in foodstuffs and fungicide effect also.
