FIELD: bioactive compounds. SUBSTANCE: bioactive substances obtained from turf have 70 weight%, not above, preferably, 60 weight%, not above, inorganic salts, especially sodium chloride, of dry matter. Method of these products preparing involves dilution of highly concentrated an aqueous solution of inorganic salts, especially sodium chloride, with demineralized water followed by reverse osmosis to desalt a solution. Inorganic salts are removed, obtained solution is concentrated and cleared and sterilized by at least a single the following stage and/or dried by pulverization. Pharmaceutical composition containing bioactive product obtained from turf as gel is prepared by combination of sterile alcoholic plant extract with sterile glycerol, sterile an aqueous solution of preliminary powdered bioactive product obtained from turf and sterile menthol solution. Obtained mixture is combined gradually with colloidal silica to convert a liquid composition to gel at preferable weight ratio of a liquid mixture to silica = (90:10)-(94: 6). Cosmetic preparation (gel, ointment, balsam, shampoo, salt composition for bath and others) has an active component as a soluble bioactive turf product in the amount 0.01-10 wt.%, preferably, 0.05-1 wt.% and more preferably 0.05-1 wt.%.
