FIELD: medicine, surgery, autotransplantation. SUBSTANCE: method deals with anti-ischemic organ protection due to intravenous injection of antioxidant preparations. When splenectomy is over a spleen is perfused by hypersmolar saline solution at addition of antioxidants and calcium antagonists at the highest single dose. Then implants are formed as anatomical subsegments of an organ. Implants are placed via additional transrectal cut at cross-sectional fascia in projection of a lower third of abdominal rectus muscle of a stomach. During postoperative period it is necessary to introduce antioxidant and antibacterial preparations. EFFECT: higher efficiency to be used at urgent splenectomy for autotransplantation of splenic tissues.
