FIELD: pulp-and-paper industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing molded article from raw material, with basic component being material remained after repeated molding of cellulose pulp from paper and squeezing of filaments from cellulose pulp to produce paper; dehydrating raw material containing water, short filaments and finely dispersed mineral particles by squeezing at the first pressing stage between filtering strips to obtain coherent product; partially drying at first drying stage; pressing at second pressing stage; providing final drying at second drying stage. Apparatus has horizontal dehydrating filtering unit, first pressing unit for squeezing raw material between filtering strip surfaces, first drying unit for drying raw material, second pressing unit for pressing raw material and second drying unit for thermal treatment of material. Separation of filaments and particles from sewage water produced during repeated preparation of pulp and recycling of filaments from cellulose pulp for repeated paper production allow environment to be prevented from contamination.
