SUBSTANCE: method of humidity determination of at least one layer of resin provided on at least one wood board as a carrier plate, wherein an NIR reflective layer is provided between at least one resin layer and a base plate. The method includes recording at least one NIR spectrum of at least one resin layer provided on at least one carrier plate using an NIR detector in the wavelength range of 900 to 1700 nm. Also, the method includes determining the moisture content of the resin layer by comparing the NIR spectrum recorded for the resin layer to be measured with at least one NIR spectrum recorded for at least one reference sample with a known moisture content by multivariate data analysis (MDA). Moreover, at least one NIR spectrum recorded for at least one reference sample with a known moisture content was previously determined using the same NIR detector in the wavelength range of 900 to 1700 nm.
EFFECT: possibility of an accurate determination of humidity.
