FIELD: mechanical engineering; hydraulic and pneumatic rotary machines; various industries where machines of varying capacity at reversible direction of flow are required. SUBSTANCE: machine has housing with working medium supply and discharge passages and with cylindrical inner surface. Rotor 6 with plates 7 and stator made in form of flexible ring are mounted in housing concentrically relative to each other. Flexible ring deforming mechanism is made in form of two pairs of hydraulically controlled bellows-pushers and is located in radial holes of housing for acting on flexible ring from diametrically opposite sides in two mutually perpendicular directions in turn. Mounted along generatrices of inner surface of housing are two pairs of strips-limiters 5 made in form of diametrically opposite radial projections. Capacity monitoring device is made in form of indicating rods 18 fitted along axis of one or two bellows and connected with limiting stops on ends of bellows on one side and with potentiometer on other side. Hydraulic control system includes hydraulic pilot-controlled check valves connected with two-way electromagnetically controlled distributor and with limiting stops.
