Module is actually in the form of hollow cylindrical body of variable cross-section and it incorporates gradual narrowing portion which ensures generation of extended cavitation. Also provided is cylindrical section and diffuser which directly follows cylindrical section. Located in transition part from cylindrical section to diffuser is active member which is made up of two components. One of these components is installed on cylindrical section of body. Other component in the form of truncated cone is positioned on diffuser. EFFECT: sufficient reduction of viscosity. 1 dwg
