FIELD: pipeline transport for oil and oil products.
SUBSTANCE: claimed device contains a cylindrical body 1. Inside the body 1, a flow divider 2, a swirler 3, a mixing chamber 4 and a Laval nozzle 5 are sequentially placed from the inlet of the processed product to its outlet. The divider 2 contains at least two hydraulic channels 6 located inside it, made with the possibility of hydraulic connection with the inlet to the swirler 3. The swirler 3 is made in the form of a sectional mechanism, divided into sections 9, the number of which is more than two, by means of plates 10 of an elongated shape, permanently fixed on one side on an axis running along the entire length of the swirler, with an angular displacement relative to each other. Moreover, these plates 10 have an arcuate bend 11, the plates 10 partially overlap sections 9. In the preferred implementation variant, this overlap zone section of the swirler 3 may be 70-90% of the distance between adjacent arcuate plates 10.
EFFECT: decrease in the viscosity of the product without losing its chemical properties and changing its fractional composition, while ensuring the release of water from a bound state to a free one.
