FIELD: measurement technology, measurement of angle of turn of throttle of carburetor. SUBSTANCE: strain-gauge displacement transducer has case, restoring member with resistance strain gauges and rod. Rod is mounted for translational motion. One end of rod is joined via adapter to threaded part of transducer shaft. Rod is also fitted with tip mounted for contact with restoring member. Side wall of rod has hole to locate catch installed in groove of case. Such implementation of design of strain-gauge transducer makes it possible to measure not only flexural strain but angle of turn of shaft of transducer too.
