SUBSTANCE: device has mobile part, which consists of information receiving circuit, control unit, information transmission circuit, electromagnetic resonance circuit, which is connected through information exchange lines to information receiving circuit and information transmission circuit, each of which is connected through control signal lines to control unit, which together with both information exchange circuits is supplied through power supply lines. In addition device has stationary part, which consists of information transmission circuit, control unit, information receiving unit, electromagnetic resonance circuit, which is connected through information exchange lines to information transmission circuit and information receiving circuit, each of which is connected through control signal lines to control unit. Resonance circuits of mobile and stationary parts are connected by means of electromagnetic field and information exchange lines. In addition mobile part of device has power supply circuit and storage batteries. Said power supply circuit is connected through control signal line to control unit and through additional power supply transmission lines to electromagnetic resonance circuit and storage batteries, which are connected through power supply lines to information receiving circuit, control unit and information transmission circuit. In addition stationary part of device has power transmission circuit, which is connected through control signal line to control unit and through power transmission line to electromagnetic resonance circuit. Resonance circuits are connected by means of additional power transmission line through electromagnetic waves.
