SUBSTANCE: device has remote control unit with light sources and stationary receiving- transmitting unit which has stationary scanning source, optical scanning system, process unit, communication interface between process unit and controlled object. Remote control unit is optically connected to input of scanning system and stationary scanning light source which are optically isolated. Output of optical scanning system is electrically connected to first input of process unit. Second input-output of process unit is connected to first input- output of interface. Second input-output of interface is connected to input-output of controlled object.
