SUBSTANCE: the acoustic transmitter has an acoustical-electrical transducer and a current exciter in it, the current exciter in the form of packets of sine-wave oscillations, type I0sin(2πF+Φ), uses the circuit of a self-contained resonance inverter with an external control from a stabilized pulse oscillator with output frequency F, the inverter is connected to a controllable DC power source and provided with elements for control of natural frequency about frequency F of the current in the load.
