FIELD: baking industry, in particular, in-flow controlling of dough weight upon dough dividing operation. SUBSTANCE: method involves in-flow noncontact controlling of doughs through thin air pad formed between carrier surface of intermediate platform of conveyor weigh. The latter operates on the basis of floating up of intermediate platform above surface of carrier platform upon supplying of compressed air through carrier platform openings into intermediate platform chamber. As a result, excessive pressure is created between platforms; maximum value of excessive pressure is proportional to dough weight. Signal generated by pressure sensor positioned between carrier and intermediate platforms is processed by actuating mechanisms providing automatic controlling of equipment for adjusting dough doser. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and increased precision in dough dosage.
