SUBSTANCE: method involves receiving doughs at mode free of impacts; conveying doughs along inclined path on thin compressed air pad, with compressed air being supplied in gap between conveyor carrier surface and bearing surface of doughs; determining size and stationary air pad keeping time by formula: T = -6.057 W2 + 0.079 Ph - 84.693 hW + 53.288 W - 1,169.906, D = 182.57m2 + 5.666 W2 - 0.0192 dP + 28.966 dW + 133,845.482 h - 45.228 W + 924.727, where T is time of keeping air pad above doughs, s; D is minimum diameter of stationary contactless zone, m; W is dough moisture content, % ; P is compressed air excessive pressure in chamber below carrier surface of conveyor; h is air pad thickness, m; m is dough weight, kg; d is diameter of feeding opening, m. EFFECT: increased efficiency by reduced amount of rejected bakery products and reduced adhesiveness of doughs to conveyor working surfaces. 1 dwg
