FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pneumatic chamber with perforated side surfaces. Pneumatic chamber has trapezium-shaped vertical section, is arranged so that its smaller base is oriented downward, and is equipped with air-permeable partition wall disposed under carrier surface. Pneumatic chamber inner cavity is partly filled with granular material consisting of granules having diameter smaller than sizes of perforations of carrier surface. Box-like sides make auxiliary chambers with compressed air supplying branch pipes and are connected with pneumatic chamber through feeding channels provided in upper parts of its side walls.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of equipment due to reduced requirements for precise observation of compressed air supply modes.
