FIELD: fitting of tyres. SUBSTANCE: the device has a displacement unit, having a carriage actuated by a servo motor. The carriage is installed for movement in parallel with the shaft axis of the drum for fitting of tyres. The latter is connected to a transmitting selsyn for transmission of data on rotary motion of the shaft of the drum for fitting of tyres to a computer for determination of the required rpm of the servo motor actuating the carriage, and provision of carriage axial shift depending on the angular velocity of the drum for fitting of tyres. A carrier is installed on the carriage for the guide device with a double-acting air cylinder. A load-bearing plate is mounted on the coupling flange of the guide device. It mounts the carrier for the protective roller of the roller guide system and three double-acting air cylinders with a device for protection against turning through. A pressure plate is attached to the connecting plate of the first air cylinder. Attached to the connecting plate of the second air cylinder is a needle-case with a rigidly mounted cutting blade. The connecting plate of the third air cylinder carries the pressure roller coated with foamed material. The device of textile fabric onto the drum, preventing the influence of vibrations of rotation and drum rpm on fitting of tyres. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 cl, 5 dwg
