FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air-cushion aircraft with vertical take-off and free flight. Proposed vehicle has "flying wheel" airframe, with bearing wing, rudders and elevators, propulsion system, automatic control system. Aerodynamic profile airframe smoothly changes into wings with their upper surface or its part being formed by aerodynamic movable profiles that can open or close to vary the width of air intake slots, airflow angle of attack and created lift. Airflow channels are arranged inside airframe and comprise suction and pressure sections. Suction section has suction air circuits with a set of flaps and is arranged above aforesaid aerodynamic profiles, inside the wings. Propulsion system incorporates a set of blowers of at least two types, arranged inside airframe and not extending beyond its limits. Air from first blower, at 0.05 to 0.5 atm, and that from second blower, at 0.1 to 3 atm, are fed through separate pressure circuits to nozzles of two types arranged all around airframe bottom surface. First nozzle represents an intermittent slot for air with lower parametres. Second combined nozzle represents a lengthwise intermittent slot with round nozzles arranged to move therein and having varying lateral and lengthwise angle of inclination. Combined nozzles divide proposed aircraft into several sections to produce several air cushions. Aircraft rear accommodates movable main and auxiliary nozzles. Air from blowers is fed to said main and auxiliary nozzles through outlet air channel. Fin with three elevators stabilises vertical forces in flight. Extreme control surface can double as ailerons. Course stability is ensured by two fins with turn control surfaces.
EFFECT: higher operating performances and safety.
