FIELD: dynamic cushion vehicles; mechanization at take-off, landing and cruising flight conditions. SUBSTANCE: propeller 6 is installed for turning around axle 8, arranged before wing 2, by means of hydraulic cylinder 9 of bell crank 31 and lever 10. Front part of wing 2 has channel 3 whose end faces on surfaces 20, 21 of wing 2 are provided with flaps 22, 23 with axles 24, 25 secured in housing 1 and/or wing 2 and furnished with shifting drive, for instance by connecting bell crank 31 through tie-rod 30. With propeller turned relative to axle 8 by means of hydraulic cylinder 9, flaps 22, 23 are displaced opening channel 3 and providing passage of air stream from propeller 6 under wing 2, ejection of air by stream and creating aerodynamic suction force on leading edge 19 of wing 2.
