FIELD: flying vehicle such as wing-in-ground effect craft, wing-in-ground effect vehicles, etc. SUBSTANCE: method consists in blowing the stabilizer at constant angle relative to level. Wing-in-ground effect craft used for realization of this method has wing 2, stabilizer 5, power plant with engine 8 and propeller 9, gas generator, jet former and orientation system of jet former. Gas generator may be made in form of engine 8 and jet former may be made in form of propeller 9. It is good practice to equip orientation system with gyrostabilized platform (use may be made of standard flight indicator), synchro transmitter and synchro receiver engageable respectively with shaft connecting the gyrostabilized platform with wing-in-ground effect craft and with shaft connected with propellers 9 and control unit of synchro receiver.
