FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves generation of two reference signals whose values depend on the given linearisation error limit, successive transmission of the reference signals to the input of the measuring transducer, detection of output signals of the measuring transducer and determination of a line based on the detected output signals of the measuring transducer and values of reference signals.
EFFECT: method enables optimum distribution of linearisation error of the calibration curve of a measuring transducer on the measurement range of the measured value with given linearisation error limit in form of a value which is proportional to the measured value.
