FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: syringe 1 has retractable needle 2. Needle is retracted into internal space 30 of syringe pusher 28 so that it is held inside pusher 28 safely and reliably to facilitated its handling and transportation. Cylindrical body 8 is provided for spring. It has flexible pins 9 which catch spiral spring 7. The latter keeps needle holder 3 in shifted position by counteracting the retaining force developed by flexible pins 9. Pusher 28 destructible end 10 which is separated when it comes in contact with flexible pins 9 under the action of definite force, while shoulders 33 narrowing outside and staying in place release flexible pins 9, as a result of which, needle 2 together with its holder 3 is pushed into internal space 30 of pusher 28 by spring 7.
