FIELD: natural minerals dressing.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a dressing complex, that is dealt with the
field of dressing of natural minerals from ores and placers by a gravitational method. The dressing complex contains the a chamber of jigging with three sections with sublattice and overlattice sections, fixed screens, an air-supply systems, air sections, a system of the sublattice products unloading, control systems of physical parameters of vibration. The complex is supplied with a section of preliminary supersonic treatment of minerals with gauges of definition of degree of dispersion and a section of electromagnetic separation. Sections are installed in succession in front of the chamber of jigging and the system of gathering of the overlattice. The gauges of definition of degree of dispersion are through the transmission devices connected with the devices regulating intensity of supersonic emission. The air sections of the chamber of jigging are located in the overlattice sections and include drums with the holes executed along spirals. Drums are linked to the drives of their rotation and air-supply systems. Control systems of physical parameters of pulsations include the gauges of definition of a dispersion degree and controllers of the air pulsation amplitude. The gauges of definition of degree of dispersion are installed) in the zones of the material delivery onto the fixed screens. The surface of a disaggregation and the effective surface of the section of electromagnetic separation are installed inclined in direction of the chamber of jigging. The supersonic vibrators are installed at a level of the pulp in the longitudinally located along the route of the material motion on the surface of disaggregation of the vertical walls. The technical result - increased efficiency of the process of dressing of valuable minerals from ores and placers.
