FIELD: metal cutting. SUBSTANCE: changeable tip includes body with upper wall, lower wall and at least one bent lateral wall. Bent cutting edge is restricted by crossing zone of upper and lower walls and it includes large number of sine wavy bendings for lowering cutting efforts, vibration and for enhancing breakage and removal of chip extracted from blank at cutting process. End portion of changeable tip crosses rotation axis when tip is arranged in seat of holder of end milling cutter. Wavy bendings lower shearing efforts acting upon cutting edge. Profile of cutting edge follows contour of sphere for providing possibility of making rounded cutout. Lateral wall of tip body includes upper portion arranged directly under cutting edge with relief angle for preventing undesirable notches or other marks of cutting tool on lateral walls of rounded cutout caused by wavy bendings.
