The flying vehicle comprises tore-like airframe (1), cargo compartments, a power plant, crew front and rear cockpits, control system and landing assemblies (18, 19). The airframe incorporates radial recesses accommodating rotary devices representing rings supporting rotary platform (4) with engine (5) and plane-wing (27), the platform being turned on forcing air in between the airframe recess and the ring planes.
