FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotorcraft, namely, to VTOL aircraft. In compliance with first version, VTOL aircraft comprises disc-like or toroidal fuselage with engine its axis being aligned with aircraft axis arranged inside fuselage or above it. Fuselage includes sealed toroidal tank installed there inside and filled with fluid, at least two pairs of traction devices arranged regularly in tank length and composed of hydraulic cylinders or traction electromagnets. Engine traction force application point is located above the center of gravity of aircraft. In compliance with second version, aircraft comprises sealed tank composed of circular rectangular cross-section partially filled, at least two pairs of electromagnets arranged in symmetry to surround the tank along its sides and two pairs of permanent magnets arranged in symmetry under tank bottom and/or at tank sidewalls.
