FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: in proposed textile lifting band zone subjected to attrition, for instance, end loops, are provided with reinforcement for protection from attrition. Reinforcement is textile cover strip partially overlapping lifting band perimeter in width. Used as such cover strip is fabric tape with different wear resistance zones located close to each other either along width of tape or in direction of weft. Increased wear resistance zones cover edges and/or surfaces of lifting band, and low wear resistance zones are strongly connected with lifting band.
