SUBSTANCE: textile base with low permeability, meant for articles with double-sided coatings is a laminated liner or base, and contains several separately made layers, joined together by warp knitting or stitch bond connection of the layers with connecting threads. At least one of the layers is the strengthening layer, and, at least one of the layers is the layer preventing the leaking of the polymer material through the base. Apart from this, a method of forming the liner or base is suggested with the formation of ready made coated tape for use in papermaking. Coating can either be polymeric or rubber. Coat is put on different sides of the liner or base, or only on one.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to control the depth of penetration of the coating, provides an excellent structure, which promotes adhesion between the polymer material and the liner.
