FIELD: prevention asphalt-resinous and wax deposition and decreased liquid corrosion activity. SUBSTANCE: ferromagnetic rings are installed without gap on ferromagnetic pipe from one end face of each circular permanent magnet. Outer poles of all magnets are shunted with ferromagnetic plates installed along longitudinal axis of pipe without gap to poles uniformly over outer surface of magnets. Distance between end faces of neighboring rings is not smaller than magnet width. From outside the magnets and rings are embraced tightly by ferromagnetic screen. The members may be made detachable in the form of two longitudinal parts. EFFECT: higher efficiency of magnetic treatment of liquids at any speed of motion and any physico-chemical properties; reduced consumption of magnetic material. 2 cl, 9 dwg
