SUBSTANCE: device has ferromagnetic body with working channel, magnetic system from permanent magnets with axial magnetic field in working channel and installed on body external surface, and ferromagnetic casing tightly embracing of magnetic system. Working channel accommodates coaxial metal rod to which streamlined packings are secured and combined with antinodes of magnetic field intensity in working channel. EFFECT: increased efficiency of magnetic treatment of fluid due to its displacement from section with weak magnetic field to section of working channel with strong magnetic field provided control of flow velocity gradient in magnetic field antinodes, and smooth regulation of magnetic field intensity in working channel. 4 cl, 6 dwg
