SUBSTANCE: invention describes 1H-indole-3-acetic acid of formula I: wherein X- is O; R1 is C4-C20 alkyl, Y wherein is 1-8; R74 is independently H, C1-C10 alkyl; R75 is aryl optionally substituted by halogen, OH, NO2, phenyl, C1-C10 alkylthio, C1-C10 alkoxy, C1-C10 alkyl, NH2; R2 is halogen, C1-C3 alkyl, C1-C2 alkylthio, C1-C2 alkoxy; R3 is independently H, C1-C3 alkyl; R4,R5,R6,R7 are independently H, C1-C10 alkyl, C1-C10 alkoxy, C4-C8 cycloalkoxy, halogen, OH, COOH, hydrazino, hydrazido, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Salts are useful for preparing pharmaceutical composition which inhibits secretory SPLA2 phospholipase in effective amount.
