FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for control of raising louver arranged inside hermetically sealed glass chamber between two window glasses. In this device, internal mechanism is used for reducing shaft rotation speed by means of gear transmission for shaft rotation. Internal mechanism maintains and ensures operation of louver. Internal mechanism is connected through magnetic coupling with permanent magnets which are located on disks with external mechanism used for increasing shaft rotation speed by means of gear transmission installed on one of window glasses.
