FIELD: stomatology. SUBSTANCE: method is implemented in the following way: content of phosphatidylinositols in blood lymphocytes is examined by thin-layer chromatography technique 7 days before performing operative intervention and, when their content is 36.9 nmole per 1 mg protein or higher, positive operation effect is predicted, while this content below 36.0 is indicative of negative effect.
